How are the tickets allocated?
All tickets/seats are allocated at the point of dispatch on a 'First Come, First Serve' basis.

When will I find out my seat numbers
You will not know your seat numbers until you receive your tickets.

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be dispatched up to a week before the event. You will receive a dispatch email notifying you your tickets are on their way. However please do not contact us until 3-4 working days before the event if you have not received them.

Your tickets will be delivered securely by courier and will require a signature on delivery. In the event that you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, either an Attempted Delivery card will be left with full contact details or the courier will contact you to rearrange the delivery at your convenience. If you receive an Attempted Delivery card, we urge you to make contact at your earliest convenience to avoid delays in redelivery. If you entered your mobile telephone number during the ordering process you may receive a text message from our delivery partner in relation to your order. In the event that it becomes impractical to use our Courier Company then tickets will be dispatched by alternative methods including Royal Mail Special Delivery or changed to Box Office Collection.

COBO Collection
If you are purchasing your tickets near to the event you will be offered COBO collection (instead of a postage option). You will need to bring photographic ID to the event and your name will be on the entry list

Through themightybooshtickets.trinitystreetdirect.com all major credit and debit cards are accepted including ELV. (MasterCard, Visa, Solo, Maestro, JCB, Diners, American Express). No cheque or cash payments can be accepted.

Are there any age restrictions?
These events are strictly over 14s only. If it is suspected that are you under the age of 14 you will be requested to provide valid photo I.D and maybe refused entrance.

All After Show Parties are over 18s only. If it is suspected that you are under the age of 18 you will be requested to provide valid photo I.D and maybe refused entrance.

Is this website secure?
Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the banks computers.

Where can I buy tickets if I don't have a credit card?

What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
The Mighty Boosh's ticket payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company, DirectPay Ltd in partnership with Datacash. DirectPay will appear on your card statement.

Can I get a refund?
Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are strictly at the Managements discretion. Please apply in writing to The Mighty Boosh Tickets Customer Services, PO Box 4897, Warwick. CV34 9GT.
